”The hotel was SPOTLESS and everyone on staff was friendly and polite. 10/10 would stay here again!”

”Asked room from a top floor, it was not honored. Very very loud hotel, people running in the corridors and slamming doors until midnight. Hotel has seen it’s vest days. Breakfast non existent, everything was either run out or machines were broken. Can not recommend.”

”We stay here all the time and never had issues but this time our shower didn't work and we didn't realize until it was almost check out time. Also we went to breakfast at 8 and there was a half a cup of coffee and fruit loops. We paid a little more for this room because it came with breakfast so that was pointless.”

”The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, and lots of lights. Staff Very friendly and courteous. Breakfast has a variety of options, served on real dishes. Only downside was waffle batter dispenser wasn’t working so an employee used her fingers ( not wearing gloves) to unplug it. I no longer wanted a waffle.”

”Let me start by saying that the place is impressive. I was looking forward to my stay after booking. The biggest issue: the room was hot. I struggled to fall asleep on the amazingly comfortable bed due to the room being so hot. I did lower the thermostat, but the room just never cooled off. There was also cobwebs in the bathroom....I want to go back and maybe request a different room.....I wanted to give a 3 star across the board, but the property was so impressive I just couldn't go that...

”Would not stay here again. I called the hotel multiple times before booking to confirm how a 3:00 AM arrival would be handled and was told it would count as a single-night stay. After arriving, I was given different information and told I would need to pay additional charges to remain through the expected checkout date. The most concerning issue occurred when hotel staff entered my room unexpectedly while I was inside. This was a major privacy concern and significantly impacted my stay. I...

”Staff were really nice.. The breakfast options were good. Free parking. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Room was not cleaned during 4 day stay. But we just bagged the garbage and disposed of it.”

”I loved everything about the property with one exception. While fairly was minor overall it did cause me personally a problem sleeping. I really wanted to rate my stay at 5 stars but the light coming in from the cottage entrance next door did not allow me a good night's sleep. For most guests this would probably not matter but any light causes me to not sleep well. I would recommend blackout curtains or a screen on the side of the door light that could block the light from entering into the...

”The elevator was very slow. The breakfast was not good. Real arrived at least an hour before breakfast has ended. Lots of people were down there. They only had egg and sausage left and a couple of bagels crumbs on the tables and waffle batter machine broken.”
