”Asked room from a top floor, it was not honored. Very very loud hotel, people running in the corridors and slamming doors until midnight. Hotel has seen it’s vest days. Breakfast non existent, everything was either run out or machines were broken. Can not recommend.”

”The hosts were nice and helpful. The room 162 was very run down. There were ROACHES EVERYWHERE. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The bed was hard as a rock with body impressions like it was very old. The shower has a bolt for a knob. The Air conditioner worked good though.”

”Excellent area, good parking and friendly and very helpful staff but the hotel tends to get a little noisy during early mornings. Also be careful, someone charged drinks to our room. The hotel was great about removing the charges. They seem to not have a good plan in place at the bar, other than to ask for the room number.”

” Idid not eat breakfast we had other plans . But everything else that you would want in a good motel it offered it. I have stayed there before and will stay again. One thing would be nicer if it had two chairs in a double room instead of one.”

”The property needs at least a small lighted sign right next to the drive you turn on the road to approach the hotel. Our room #was 100… at approximately around midnight we were awakened by screeching cars and extremely LOUD music right in parking lot or alley behind our room …loud yelling and laughter. They screeched of in their cars about 20 minutes later. I’m all for having a good time, but not on at midnight on a Monday night right outside our window in our room, after traveling for 10 hrs on...

”Loved the room and breakfast. Wish we had time for the pool. Front desk person at check in was a little nervous and we didn’t like parking in a dirt “overflow area”. Front desk person at checkout was awesome and everything was clean and fresh.”

”I had been driving all day from Wichita Falls and arrived later than expected due to driving in the rain. Shawn is an angel, he helped me check in smoothly & understood I was very stressed out. I left to get food, and upon returning to the hotel Shawn saw me as I was going into the elevator. He found my credit card that I dropped after checking in and he returned it to me. ”On par with all the Embassy Suites I have stayed at. Nicely appointed, but there seems to be some wear and tear on some furnishings in the lobby that screams deferred maintenance (torn up vinyl seating on a bench in the dining / lounge area easily spotted in any of the elevators).”
