”Best part: Breakfast and the views.
Communication and follow through were not what I was hoping for. We reported fire ants being at the door on the first night. Received an email saying they would have a service person address it. Next morning the ants made their way into the room. I notified staff the next morning, in person, and was assured it was taken care of. We had ants the entire time, which because more and more of a problem, as one might expect.
Additionally, we paid $300 at the Inn...

”We booked this hotel as a half way point on our way to Niagara Falls. From the moment we checked in the staff we incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the amenities were nice. My family enjoyed swimming in the pool. It’s near a chilis which was nice to stop and have dinner. If ever in the area again we would stay again!”

”Had a very nice overnight at the Brittany Motel. The room was clean and very well appointed. Parking is right at your door and most important for us they allow dogs. The check-in is all done on-line as there is no front desk or innkeeper on site, but it all worked well. In a high-end town like Manchester Center, VT the price is certainly reasonable. Definitely recommend a visit.”

”I traveled with my family, including young children. We all had a nice, comfortable stay. The pool and hot tub were great, and we all enjoyed them. The room was clean and cozy. We will happily stay here again.”

”The property was a retro experience, which was okay.
A few issues:
1. The electrical outlets didn't work well - we plugged a couple of devices overnight and they weren't charged at all by morning. The multi-plug extender provided connections that were too loose to work.
2. The sink was very small (about 8.5 x 11) with a cabinet overhang. It was difficult to impossible to position your mouth over the sink while brushing your teeth.
3. I wanted to lower the temperature in the shower and...
