”The staff at this hotel was really friendly and very helpful, no one had an attitude or anything like that. All the shuttle drivers that we interact with were very friendly. The property needs some upgrades as the carpet needs to change, but in spite of these things the staff are really good troopers. I would stay there again because it was very convenient to stay there. ”

”The hotel is very comfortable and the atmosphere feels safe and clean. Unfortunately the person who was at the front desk wasn't the most courteous one. My family and I got 3 rooms for our 2 nights stating for a graduation ceremony in the area. We felt unwelcome as not getting the sense of helping and assisting with the questions and help we get from other places we rent and hotels. Not everyone is the same but to work with people you need to learn how to speak and offer a better service”

”This establishment is one you want to skip! While it looks decent from photos, we spent our time being evacuated several times due to fire alarm concern. However; come to find out it was In response to folks tampering with smoke detectors. Was advised folks were asked to leave yet, this continued to happen. Waking up to a piercing alarm while supposed to be stress free is not ideal and not something one can get any sleep experiencing. I’ve asked to speak to manager at the establishment.. no...

”Plenty of parking. The room was okay. Clean and modern but really empty, kind of felt like a hospital room… I was charged $100; not $50 for a damage deposit, and never received it back despite leaving the room with no damages. ”

”I stayed for a weekend getaway and was looking for peace and comfort. I’m so happy to say that I received both at this property. My suite was so quiet and comfortable and also clean with updated kitchen and bathroom amenities that were very nice. Housekeeping was also very accommodating and kind as well as the front desk staff. I plan to book another stay here and highly recommended to anyone. ”
