”The room was excellent and clean, the staff were lovely - the front desk my first night was so helpful and went above and beyond. Each time I went to the front desk the rest of my stay they were so wonderful. Room service was phenomenal, and the gentleman who brought my food up remembered me when he saw me in the restaurant the next day. The service was impeccable. And the food at the Crossings was delicious! ”

”I never needed a hotel just like this more and I’m so grateful. When my home burned up last week, I needed a comfortable place to stay for an unknown period and my first thought, Homewood Suites. It was the right choice for this traumatized family. My cats are safe here too. Room is clean and comfortable. ”My Husband and I stayed here for 2 days while we were in Rhode Island for a surgery. The night of his surgery there was a water leak in our bathroom ceiling. I had to pack up all of our stuff and my husband when he should not have been moving around to switch rooms. We were promised a refund for this night but then after coming back to NY we were denied the refund twice.
