”My Husband and I stayed here for 2 days while we were in Rhode Island for a surgery. The night of his surgery there was a water leak in our bathroom ceiling. I had to pack up all of our stuff and my husband when he should not have been moving around to switch rooms. We were promised a refund for this night but then after coming back to NY we were denied the refund twice. Extremely poor customer service and to top it off there was night construction outside of our room starting at 10pm that they...

There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor.
