In our first room, our bathroom did not have a doorknob on the inside, which I did not notice until I had already shut the door behind me. The door then locked, and I was trapped inside for nearly a half hour while we were waiting for maintenance. Myself and my travel companion were able to get free through a lot of fiddling with the door—maintenance never showed up despite being “5 minutes” out. We were moved to a different room...

”Needed a short stay for the weekend and Econolodge seemed decent enough as I was not planning to spend much inside the room. I chose a non smoking room but it wreaked of cigarettes.
