”Our room was beautiful and we loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is not a coffee maker in the room, only a hot water kettle and instant coffee and tea. The grout in the bathroom and entry way of our room was dirty.”

”The hotel seemed clean except for the dirty pool. Our room had lights out which had to be fixed and the dead bolt on our room door would catch which made it hard to shut it. The staff was okay but not friendly. ”

”The room looked nice at first, but it was not very clean. This is our second Time staying here due to the wastewater convention that occurs here in Waco and the convention center. The inside of the microwave door had food left from a previous guest, and the shower floor was very dirty. There was hair everywhere—on the tables, pillows, and beds—and some of the towels and a pillowcase had stains. Overall, the cleanliness was very disappointing. 2.0 -2.5 Maybe there was an animal in this room. We...

”We loved this hotel. Our room was huge and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The lobby was nicely done - lots of natural light. We didn’t have a chance to use the outdoor area, but it was so pretty. ”

”The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent but the overall experience was okay...the biggest issue was the noise...I heard every door close, people talking in the halls and construction noises...the location was not the best (construction and street layout)...parking was horrible..they definitely need a bigger parking lot...it wasn't the worst experience but I'll look for a different hotel next time”

”Clean room, friendly staff, cleaning was excellent. But there was a person roaming around the night , and quite a distance from the downtown. Uber or a bus every hour is the only transports if you do not have a car.”
