”Check-in and front desk were friendly. Professional. And efficient. The room was modern and exceptionally clean. Fitness room was clean and had updated equipment. A few mats for floor work would be helpful. Greatly appreciated the 24-hr laundry facilities with well maintained, clean machines that were available to use for no charge. Good variety for breakfast in welcoming and comfortable dining area. Dining staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved our stay.”

”Very nice property. Room was amazing -- spacious, well-appointed, clean. Great space, bright, new. Front desk staff friendly, restaurant staff friendly. Location is great for Baylor visit, and the river view and sunset were an additional perk. Parking was easy. Only downside was that the manager was unfriendly and stressful when trying to process some of the package perks (included breakfast, etc.) Hopefully it was a bad day, or she might need some customer service training. ”

”You definitely get what you pay for, but I will be double-checking reviews more carefully from now on. Expedia showed several high ratings, so I’m not sure if we were given the worst room available, but it was a very disappointing experience.
At first glance, the room looked clean when we walked in. However, within seconds, we were hit with a terrible smell—like the room had been cleaned with a dirty rag and old mop water. The odor was overwhelming and seemed like mold.
