- You can rent the house for up to 8 people: a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children (including babies)
- Workers, groups and young people under the age of 26 are not permitted in this holiday home.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Bed linen hire is mandatory. Please bring your own bed linen for the travel cot.
- Towel hire is not available; please bring your own towels and kitchen linen.
- The security deposit will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible, but in any case within two weeks after your stay.
- The garden borders directly on the water, without any separation. The fence has been removed.

Holiday home OP7 is beautifully located directly on the Veerse Meer and is the perfect base for families and couples who value comfort, tranquillity and stunning views over the water. The property is light and spacious, with a warm and homely atmosphere. In the inviting living area, large windows provide plenty of natural light and uninterrupted views of the lake. 

The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for cooking together. The spacious dining area features a large dining table, perfect for shared meals or playing board games (several games are available in the house). From the hallway, two bedrooms can be accessed: one with two single beds and a washbasin, and a four-person bedroom with a bunk bed, a single IKEA pull-out bed and a washbasin. The hallway also features a separate toilet and a separate shower. From the living room, at the rear of the house, you reach a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom including a bath, shower, double washbasin and toilet. Behind the en-suite bathroom is the utility room, which also contains another separate toilet and a separate shower, both of which are also accessible from the rear garden.

From the living room you can step straight onto the covered terrace. The generous garden offers two covered terraces adjacent to the house, as well as an additional terrace directly by the water. Please note: there is no longer a fence/barrier by the water. The fence has been removed.

Whether you want to relax in the sun with a good book, go swimming, sailing or paddleboarding, everything is possible here. Thanks to the private jetty, you can also bring your own boat and explore the Veerse Meer and its surroundings directly from the house.



In Arnemuiden you can do your daily shopping at the Jumbo supermarket, where delicious fresh bread rolls are also available. Around the Veerse Meer there are various options for renting a sloop or sailing boat. The Oranjeplaat marina is just around the corner and also features a good restaurant with a waterside terrace. There are beautiful cycling routes along the shores of the Veerse Meer, and in summer you can take the ferry from the historic town of Veere to the opposite side. The historic provincial capital Middelburg, the beaches of Vlissingen or Dishoek, the picturesque town of Veere, or the stylish seaside resort of Domburg can all be reached within approximately 15 to 25 minutes by car. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy courses in Middelburg or Domburg. From Vlissingen, a bicycle and foot ferry runs to Breskens.
