”Fun place, old and stylish. Needs a lot of maintenance but if it gets that it will be amazing. Beds needs to be replaced, mattresses are way too old, Bar should update its ciders, only two brands now... and main thing: water pressure!!! ”Hotel is near the Jubilee campus but not near city centre. Clean and big room and staff was helpful. We had to pay for carpark at £6 per day. There used to be free carpark before this. It would be good if hotel guests are given free carpark like before as the price of the hotel stay is not cheap.”

”We did not receive the service we paid for. There is no 24/7 front desk as advertised. During the whole of our one night stay we did not see a single member of staff. On arrival, we communicated with a man via the doorbell and were told a code to open the door and then another code to retrieve our keys from a cupboard.
