"Short two-day stay in this gorgeous resort. Otherwise a 5-star resort but the dinner booking system is quite chaotic. Basically they advice you to wait for the arrival to make the table reservations for dinners. We had only one evening there and wanted to book the table beforehands to avoid the buffet dinner. That was extremely difficult although we were told first that it is possible. We discussed with many people before the arrival and all gave different answers - finally we were told that the best restaurant (and only adult only) is closed that evening, and no reason for that provided. Then we got a table from another restaurant, but it was probably the worst of all (all others were full and that one quite empty). Food was quite bad overall, we ate lunch and snack in three different places. I really suggest to pay for the reserved upgrade to get more value for the money - they have exclusive restaurant just for them (Sante) where is a michelin star cook. Otherwise I would say that not good value for money. Food is a big part when talking about all inclusive resorts."
