The Peperoncino apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet building in Arona, conveniently situated for exploring Lake Maggiore and the surrounding area. Its bright, recently renovated 60 m² space welcomes up to 4 guests.



The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. The bathroom features a shower, towels, and toiletries. Bed linen is provided.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary cooking utensils.



Both rooms have air conditioning and heating. High-speed Wi-Fi, a TV with digital channels, and a private balcony are also available. A private parking space is included on the property.



The apartment is family-friendly, with a baby cot and high chair available.



A cycling path and the Lagoni Nature Park are just minutes away. Arona’s lakeside promenade can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.



There is no washing machine in the apartment. Laundry service is available on request for an extra fee.
