Centrally located in Las Americas this 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the pool is walking distance to all amenities including supermarkets, taxis, buses, bars, restaurants, shopping, hard rock cafe, Siam park, Americas golf course, las vistas and troya beach.
The apartment is facing the south west which allows lots of sun light into the living room and terrace.
We like our guests to enjoy their holidays. Our office is less than 5 mins away so we are always close by should you need anything.

The space
The apartment is located facing the north east with the first rays of sun arriving in the morning at the terrace.
The apartment has a beautiful overview of the pool as it is a first floor with stairs.
The living room is spacious with a sofa and a dinning table in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable holiday.
The bedroom has 2 single beds with plenty of space.
The terrace has sun throughout the day.

Guest access
You have access to the entire house and pool areas with in the community. The complex has one of the longest pools in the south of Tenerife with several man made waterfalls.

Sunbeds are for rent at 2€ day.

Other things to note
Rubbish disposal is behind block 31. You need to walk under the stairs to the internal passageway. You will find the containers to the left.
We have recycling bins for different rubbish. Please follow the instructions.
