This new spacious 1-bedroom apartment has recently undergone a total renovation. You will find all you require in the newly fitted and very spacious kitchen. Living area has two leather sofas and armchair, with a Plasma TV which receives major European channels.



This apartment consists of a spacious and luminous living room with dining area, kitchen, equipped with everything you might need, bedrooms and family bathroom, and a big and comfrortaable terrace with dining table, chairs and sunbeds to take sun withourt leaving your apartment.



Municipal swimming pools are about 250 m from the apartment. In the sunniest time of the day, if necessary, the entire terrace can be completely shut down and protected by an unfolding soft-canopy awning. Designed for comfortable accommodation of up to 4 people.



Here in atmosphere of tranquillity and comfort, you will be able to sunbathe under the warm Canarian sun, have a deep dive in the Ocean, play beach Volleyball, cook delicious kebabs or Canarian-styled rabbit (Conejo al Salmorejo) right on the beach, or simply enjoy the beautiful Tenerife climate.



The complex is kept to the highest standard and is suited to families with kids, and more mature persons looking for a peaceful beachside location, for a relaxing holiday to an excellent standard. There is ample free car parking nearby, but if you choose not to hire a car there are lots of taxis around and a bus stop is just hundred meters away. There are 2 well stocked supermarkets close by and also few dozens of excellent bars, restaurants and cafes nearby. The popular Sunday and Tuesday market is a only a short walk away. Only a 50 mins drive will take you to the Vulcano - Mount Teide, and just an hour drive to the fabulous Loro Parque in Puerto de la Cruz.



The town of Cristianos is a fishing village with some lovely fish restaurants and tapas bars. The sandy beaches are kept to the highest standard and are very safe for children.
