This beautiful villa is perfect for groups of friends, families, and business trips, offering accommodation for up to 10 guests. It is designed to maximize comfort and privacy, featuring spacious, well-lit areas that ensure a luxurious experience.

The villa is elegantly and functionally distributed across two floors, providing ample and comfortable spaces for an unforgettable stay. On the main floor, you’ll find the daytime area designed for relaxation and enjoyment. It includes two living rooms, one equipped with a Smart TV, a spacious dining area perfect for family meals or gatherings with friends, and a fully equipped separate kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you’ll need for your stay, as well as a practical guest restroom.

From this floor, there are several direct accesses to the extensive outdoor spaces that are the heart of this property. Surrounded by trees for tranquility, the villa features a charming wooden pergola with a dining area ideal for enjoying a barbecue with good company. It also includes areas for sunbathing and a special reading nook where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Los Cristianos and its majestic mountains.

The upper floor, accessed via stairs, houses the five bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed made up of two single beds, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi for moments of relaxation. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two single beds and share a full bathroom that serves both rooms, while the fifth bedroom includes a double bed and an interior balcony that opens to the villa’s interior.

With a privileged location just a few minutes’ drive from the beach, the villa is surrounded by all the necessary amenities, including restaurants, supermarkets, and the main attractions of Los Cristianos.

The property features a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, kettle, juicer, refrigerator, blender, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine, reverse osmosis water filtration system, darts, iron, hairdryer, crib, high chair, BBQ, towels, bed linens, and much more.

It also has Netflix, a table tennis table and a PlayStation 5.

The property has stairs.

The garden is kept in excellent condition thanks to a weekly maintenance visit, typically taking place on Tuesdays in the morning (approximately from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.).
