The Space:
Parque Santiago II 228 - Two Bed is a charming and contemporary duplex apartment with two bedrooms, conveniently located on the ground floor of a popular complex. Situated in the Playa de las Americas resort in Tenerife, this apartment offers delightful side-sea views. The ground floor terrace is tastefully furnished with a patio table, chairs, and a separate seating area featuring a comfortable rattan sofa, two armchairs, and a small table. There is also a sun awning to enhance your outdoor experience.

Upon entering the apartment through the patio doors, you'll step into the spacious and modern lounge area, featuring an L-shaped sofa bed and a separate sofa. For your entertainment, a large flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels is available, and the apartment is equipped with wifi internet access. Adjacent to the lounge, there is a well-appointed dining area with a table and chairs. A small set of steps leads up to the kitchen area, which is equipped with a two-ring hob, an extractor fan, a tall fridge freezer, a microwave, and a compact dishwasher. There is now a ceiling fan in the lounge (the remote for this is on the wall by the sofa).

The apartment also features a convenient downstairs cloakroom with a wash hand basin and a WC. Moving upstairs, you will find two comfortable bedrooms and a second bathroom. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated in soothing blue tones and furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with bedside lights, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a ceiling fan, and an occasional chair (please note that the portable fan has been removed as the bedroom now has a ceiling fan). This bedroom also offers access to a balcony through patio doors, where you can relax on the provided patio table, chairs. Please note there are no sun loungers now (although shown in the photo). The second bedroom features two single beds, a fitted wardrobe, a standard lamp, a portable fan, and a small window.

The family bathroom on this floor is equipped with a walk-in shower, a wash hand basin, a WC, a washing machine, and a water heater for your convenience. It's important to note that although the apartment is situated on the ground floor, the terrace area is elevated up a floor, offering a higher vantage point with a protective wall.

Please be aware that this apartment is located in proximity to bars, which may result in some noise. Also, there may be a charge for using the sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool.

Please note due to new legal regulations in Spain, the owner of this property may require some personal information from guests, including but not limited to the following: copies of passports for all the guests, the guests' home address, mobile telephone number and email address. Also, if children aged 18 years or younger are included in the party, we will need to know the relationship of the children to one adult member of the party. Full flight details will also be required to arrange the key handover.
