Arookutty Hotellit

”Relaxing experience at the Trident hotel, that had a nice pool on inner garden. Atmosphere was calm, rooms nicely arranged and the larger room really nice for the children to play. The service was not the best in the restaurants - both slow and non-existant at times but that did not too much harm the overall experience of the hotel.”

”I stay here every time I'm in town once a year. It's a cute, modern place at a very reasonable price. The staff is helpful, rooms are clean, and food is pretty good. It offers a really cool view down on the city with an excellent location for a city stay.”

”Lähdimme aikaisin ja maksoin laskun edellisenä iltana hotellin kuljetuksella kentälle. Matka keskeytyi ja joiduimme palaamaan osoittaaksemme, että lasku oli maksettu! Aika moka hotellin taholta.”

”Hyvä ja tasokas hotelli, erinomaiset hierontapalvelut ja kaikkiaan asiakasmyönteinen henkilökunta. Kolme hyvää ravintolaa. Rauhallinen. Hyvä aamupala.”

”Such a great experience and my parents stayed over there. Good hotel and especially hospitality is great . Such a professional staff. I highly recommend. Thanks team for taking care of my aged parents .”

”We stayed at the West Island wing of the property. While the rooms and setting are beautiful, be aware that the restaurants attached to the West Island rooms do not have a liquor license. If you want a beer, wine, or cocktail with dinner, you have to take the shuttle boat across the backwaters to the main property on the East side. It is a noticeable inconvenience for a 5-star resort, but otherwise a pleasant stay. Would easily rate this 5 stars if not for that daily inconvenience.”

”Nice property. Stayed in a terrace suite which was really great. Food in Colony was excellent and pool bar was reasonably priced. Only thing which was disappointing was that suite floor surfaces were very dirty and therefore you could not enjoy the stay to the fullest.”

”Overall a very well maintained and clean hotel. We ordered the room service chicken tikka pizza...wow excellent! The breakfast was tasty, I appreciated that the hotel rang us to remind us about the free breakfast. My one complaint is that the the hotel staff reminded us three time there would be a few if we created any stain on the sheets. No issue about the requirement just don't mention it three times during check in, we are the customers after all. Overall great place will stay again.”

”The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was very clean and we felt very safe and well taken care of. ”

”Excellent stay with such warm hospitality.”
