”Staff were fabulous- helpful and then some. Amenities were so-so. Room was nice and clean. Plus - the guest laundry was a great surprise. But no parking, charging for water these days?(!) and charging for “premium” wifi are all very dated practices, just as much of the place looks dated. Pool was too cold to enjoy”

When asked for my property back, the host laughed at me and told me they’re likely thrown away because they’re not responsible for things left in their building. That being said- ”

”there were power issues, the top plug in on the right side of the tv didn't work. The plugin on the lamp did not work and one usb port on the lamp did not work. The bathroom light closest to the door flashed a lot. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would book again. ”

”Upon arrival we were given our room key, pointed to the elevator, and that was it. No itinerary, no pool schedule no breakfast schedule. We asked when the complimentary breakfast was and was told from 7-11am. We came and went from the hotel a few times throughout the day and nobody ever cleaned the room. People were leaving beer cans in the hallway, drinking openly in the lobby (not the bar) and drinking in the halls/ elevator. We asked for more towels at some point and were givin a few more,...
