”The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. ”

”Grenoble House is a hidden gem! Close enough to everything to be practical, far enough to avoid the noise of Bourbon. The hot tub was a must have and the fully loaded kitchen was a great touch - though we ate at local spots our whole stay. Our room was clean and spacious and we would definitely comeback if we made it to NOLA again. ”

”Staff was very friendly and helpful. Its a great location that is centrally located to everything in the French Quarter. If you plan on getting a balcony on Bourbon or Toulouse, be prepared for noise all hours of the night. We had a room that faced the pool so noise was minimal.”

”Room on first floor was good for a short stay. Was right next to the road, so you heard cars blaring their radios. Quieted down after 11pm. Overall good hotel if you don't mind the hotel. Very close to Bourbon St and in the French Quarter. Good location”

”Room was clean and spacious and in a terrific area for exploring the French Quarter. It seems some of the rooms have been updated but in our room there were a few issues: automatic blinds were in poor shape and did not work, and thermostat didn’t really control the temp. Sliding door in the bathroom may be aesthetically interesting, but has no sound barrier so make sure you are very close with your roommates. The lobby seating areas are magnificent and also included workspace. We tried breakfast...
