”We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel St Marie. Really nice boutique hotel conveniently located in the French Quarter close to Bourbon Street but still not in the middle of the noise. The staff are really friendly and very helpful, responsive to any additional request and professional. My mom has mobility challenges and we were able to use the hotel's wheelchair when taking her out. This was really helpful and made a huge difference to the experience she had in New Orleans. ”Service was pristine from the valet to the check-in. I did not realize that I arrived a couple minutes early, and the check-in lady was trying to kindly remind me that check-in was at 4PM. It was my fault, but there was a noce restaurant across the street i wanted to visit. They held my bags and called me when my room was ready. I did not particularly like the shared outdoor space upstairs. It was nice but had no view. I will try the King room with balcony next time.”
