The only downside for us was the noise and music coming from the several restaurants from the street below (until about 1 AM). Also you can hear almost everything from the combined reception/wine bar/breakfast area from the room we stayed in. There was soundproofing but if you are light sleeper or want to go to bed early take this...

The hosts are incredibly accommodating, all questions about restaurants, beaches and transportation were answered straight away, regardless of the time of day or night. Highly recommend staying here.
