”Clean Room”

”We experienced exceptional customer service, a clean & luxurious room, with delicious breakfast with room service. The resort has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Olma Colonial Suites!”

”Nice pool area. Clean rooms. Breakfast had options "on menu", not when we ordered (bacon/sausage; we only have sausage, different juice options; we only have pineapple juice etc) In our room we kept AC at 16 (as it was when we entered) the whole time, because that way only room stayed cool enough. ”

”Stayed at Urbano Hotel recently and honestly had a really good experience. The hotel has a fresh vibe to it and you can feel that the new management is trying to take the place to another level. My room was super comfortable, everything was clean, and the breakfast was actually really nice. Staff was very welcoming and helpfull. For the price, it was definitely worth it and I’d happily stay there again next time I’m in Accra.”

”The room was very small, i booked a double room got a single room, when i questioned they asked me to pay extra for double, A basic room no hairdryer, or shampoo, how can a double room comes with just one towel. I was very disappointed with room, I won’t go back there.”

”there were a few issues with things not working in the room, like the phone, toaster, microwave. Then the toilet wasn't flushing. i had to be moved to another room. that was inconvenient and took time from my exploration time. my room key stopped working several times and i kept having to get it reactivated. that was very annoying. otherwise it's a nice place to stay and the staff were nice. i really appreciated having a nice apartment to myself.”

”I booked a deluxe double room and prepaid. When I checked in there was an extremely foul stench coming from the bathroom and into the room. I was told it had something to do with the rain and the drains. It was unbearable, and they gave me a spray but that did nothing as I was spraying every few minutes to the point that the spray ran out. I then was asked to move to another room, but the room I was moved to was the only one available which was a smaller room, and it too had the same foul...
