"Room was nice as always. Location absolutely perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the terminal. Very easy check in and check out. Perfect for business trip."

"I did stay 3 nights, during which time my room was not cleaned. Very rude personnel at reception told me that water bottles with "Enjoy" label were only for the first night and I should then buy new bottles 3.99€/pc. Hotel location is in the cul-de-sac, which means honestly 1.2km to the nearest public transportation stop (Kronenburg). Access to the bus stop in 350m is in reality 1.7km as there is no bridge over the 10m wide water element surrounding the hotel. Hotel sells taxi to city with 50€, while Uber takes about half. Therefore the lobby is full of people waititng for the Uber. I was no. 91 on the line. Hopeless, so no other choise but to walk to Kronenburg. -> no cleaning, no drinking water, poor location "

"We stayed during 22.-24.10.2025. Arrived late at 22.30 on 22nd but was greeted with warm welcome at the desk by young red haired lady, that should be rewarded by medal because of her extensively helpful customer service, as well as the manager on duty next morning (23.10.) that helped us to solve the problem with our reservation with VanGogh Museum. All other personnel were a delight to deal with as well, whether at breakfast room or at the service desk during our visit. We were very impressed and thankful for the kind humane service we received. Our room was clean with clean sheets... my only regret is that I didn't either ask or write down the names of the people on shift those days to thank them personally here, but I'm sure the establishment will know who they were by this message. Would love to visit again! Highly recommended."

"Hotelli oli muuten oikeinkin hyvä, mutta meillä oli ongelmia suihkun toimivuuden kanssa. Suihkun ON/OFF -nappi oli erittäin jäykkä ja sitä piti painaa suurella voimalla, jotta suihkun sai toimimaan. Aamiainen olisi voinut olla hieman monipuolisempi."
