Set on the hillside looking out over Capo Ferro to the Mediterranean, this beautiful duplex for 4 is just a short distance from some of Sardinia\'s most beautiful beaches. It offers peace and relaxation but is only 10 minutes from Porto Cervo, the glamorous heart of the Costa Smeralda.

The décor is rustic chic, with light wood ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. The open-plan living/dining area is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table and a pretty painted wooden dining table. Large glass doors open onto the private, shaded balcony, which is an extension of the indoor living space. On the balcony, guests can enjoy meals al fresco at the second dining table, or simply enjoy the panoramic views of the Sardinian countryside and sea.

The kitchen is separated from the living area by an attractive lattice. It is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The peaceful master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a dressing table which could be used for a laptop desk.
Bedroom 2: This second bedroom is on a mezzanine over the sitting room, accessed via an attractive staircase. It has a comfortable double bed.

Bathroom
The immaculate bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
The apartment is on the hillside above the village of La Cala del Faro, to the north of Porto Cervo, on Sardinia’s Costa Smeralda. The village has a small sandy beach (10 minutes walk) with a restaurant. Some of Sardinia’s most beautiful are close by including Spiaggia del Principe (20 minutes) and Spiaggia del Grande Pevero (30 minutes) which offer an idyllic setting for relaxing in the sun and bathing in the turquoise waters. For golfers, the course at the Pevero Golf Club (16 minutes) is challenging but enjoys panoramic views over the Costa Smeralda.
The centre of Porto Cervo (10 minutes) features a main square surrounded by luxury stores and outdoor cafés. Porto Cervo is also famous for its exclusive marina, which hosts luxury yachts from around the world. It is a great place for people spotting.
Away from the coast, the charming town of Arzachena (25 minutes) is well worth a visit. It is known for its excellent restaurants (at all price levels) and weekly market (Wednesday morning) where you can find the freshest local delicacies and produce to try at home. The town of Baja Sardinia (14 minutes) also has a weekly market every Tuesday morning.
Olbia\'s airport is about 40 minutes away.
