"Cà Giulia" on hurmaava huvila, joka sijaitsee vehreyden ympäröimässä asuinkompleksissa ja näkymät merelle, lyhyen matkan päässä Baja Sardinian keskustasta. Talo, ihanteellinen jopa 6 hengelle, on kahdessa tasossa ja se koostuu seuraavista: alakerrassa iso olohuone, jossa on minikeittiö, makuuhuone kerrossänky ja kylpyhuone suihkulla. Yläkerrassa kahden hengen huone, terassi ja kaunis merinäköala, makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja kylpyhuone suihkulla. Suuressa puutarhassa on suuri katettu patio, jossa on sohvat ja ruokailutila. Takana iso piha isännöi sisäänrakennettua grilliä, jossa on katettu ruokailutila. Talossa on A. C. kaksi makuuhuonetta yläkerrassa ja varustettu kaikilla laitteilla (pesukone, astianpesukone, sähköuuni, televisio, espresso ja amerikkalainen kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin, juicer, hiustenkuivaaja jne.). Yksityinen parkkipaikka. Voidaan käyttää myös vuokralaisten, tenniskentän ja kaunis osakehuoneisto uima-allas (100 metrin päässä talosta). Pääsee jalka, on ravintola / pizzeria, supermarket, tupakkakauppa / kioski ja muut kaupat. 200 metrin päästä pääsee pienelle rannalle, joka ei ole varustettu, sopii erityisesti pienille lapsille.

Great Holiday house

Excellent stay with amazing view

Very kind owner and agency. Quick in responding. We were early and because the house was ready we could already check in. So kind. The hous is clean and nice. The views are amazing. And there is a lovely place to sit outside. I highly recommend this house.

Absolutelyfabulous!!!

From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. Emiliano with the help of the housekeeper Mrs Milly made us feel welcome and comfortable. Their communication was excellent, the apartment was the best we have ever experienced in terms of its equipment, quality and cleanliness. Every detail has been considered. The decor is typically Sardinian and sea themed, there are snorkels, games, citronella candles, every type of utensil and kitchen appliance you need. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was a blessing in the heat. The owner is so polite and accommodating. The view from the apartment over the bay is beautiful. This was a real find. The drive from Olbia is easy and there is parking for one car. The well maintained pool and beach are a few minutes walk and both are clean and free. Baia Sardinia is walkable and there are plenty of shops and restaurants there. Our holiday was perfect. Thank you so much Emiliano and Mrs Milly!!!

A little piece of paradise

We have had the most relaxing holiday here. From the first communication until check out our host Emiliano and the property manager, Mrs Milly have been really helpful, responsive and kind. The accommodation is beautiful with views over the harbour at Cala Bitta. The pool is fabulous and the sea is a very short walk from the pool and the property. Baia Sardinia is beautiful. There are a lot of restaurants nearby but you definitely need a car which we were advised of. There is parking at the front gate to the property. The villa itself has everything you could want or need. It is very comfortable and we have loved our stay here. If you are looking for total relaxation in a quiet and beautiful place I would thoroughly recommend this place. Emiliano is a gentleman and gave us so much good advice as did Mrs Milly.

We had a really nice week in this beautiful house. Everything was clean and well equipped! The best of course is the view over the sea! We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach a lot! The area is really calm and clean! We can definitely recommend the house!

Wonderful place

The villa was wonderfully equipped, the location was excellent. Close to a private beach. Swimming pool was a bonus for the children. Lovely garden, outdoor living space and a quiet back garden excellent for windy days. All that you need from a Sardinian holiday.

Beautiful Hidden Gem

The views from this villa are spectacular. It has a tranquil feeling and makes your morning coffee taste better than ever before. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The outside space was very comfortable. Emiliano and the house manager Milly were very friendly, responsive and helpful with anything we needed. They gave us very good restaurant recommendations and beaches to visit. The pool is lovely, the views around it are amazing. It is very quiet, we mainly had it to ourselves most days. I would totally recommend the area, within easy reach of most places. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful place!

Wunderschöne Location

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem im Oktober waren die umliegenden traumhaften Strände und Buchten menschenleer und wunderschön zu genießen. Im Haus und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht und den Sonnenuntergang. Kleine Abstriche bezüglich der Matratzen (für Schwergewichte eher ungemütlich), des etwas schlichten Mobiliars und des Tennisplatzes (Betonplatz mit vielen Unebenheiten). Aber das hat unseren Urlaubsspaß nicht getrübt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Blick und gute Lage

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Baja Sardinia. Der Check-In und der Check-Out haben problemlos geklappt, die Mitarbeiterin der Agentur war vor Ort und hat uns alles gezeigt. Fragen und Probleme wurde kurzfristig per WhatsAPP oder persönlich gelöst. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön, genossen haben wir auch den Garten und die große überdachte Terrasse. Toll war auch der Gemeinschaftspool und die Nähe zum Hausstrand. Wenn man etwas kritisieren will, dann vielleicht, dass die Straße doch mehr zu hören und mehr befahren war, als gedacht. Und das W-LAN war etwas langsam (LTE-Stick), aber man ist ja schließlich im Urlaub ;-) Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Beautiful holiday house with everything you need

Communication and check in was smooth, very friendly and helpful. The holiday house itself is lovely, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The view from the very nice and spacious terrace is beautiful with great sunsets. Baja Sardinia is very close with shops, restaurants and a nice beach. It was a great place to stay and explore the north east of Sardinia. We are a small family of three.

BELLISSIMA ESPERIENZA......

Ho soggiornato per 15 giorni in questa splendida villa all'interno di un residence bellissimo con piscina e campi da tennis. La villa è curata nei minimi particolari, arredata con gusto! Una persona di fiducia del proprietario, presente sul posto, si prende cura degli ospiti dal check-in per tutta la durata del soggiorno!Ha due affacci esterni, uno da sulla strada dove è presente la zona lavanderia , un grande barbeque e un grande tavolo, l'altra sul mare, un giardino curatissimo, con un portico ,divani e un altro tavolo.. dal piano superiore è possibile ammirare il mare, il porto di Calabitta, a poche centinaia di mt di distanza, dove è possibile affittare gommoni e barche . A piedi è possibile raggiungere il parco acquatrico, la spiaggia di PORTO SOLE e una piazzetta dove ci sono bar -tabacchi- supermercato bancomat ecc. L'ottima posizione permette di soddisfare ospiti di tutte le età ..per i piu giovani ci sono tantissimi locali nelle immediate vicinanze.

La casa è accogliente, ha un bellissimo patio ampio e comodo con vista mare e corredato da divani. Il giardino è bello e curato, i miei bimbi ci si sono divertiti molto e io e la mamma ci siamo rilassati li a prendere il sole mentre dormivano dopo pranzo. Il balcone della camera matrimoniale al piano superiore ha una vista magnifica. Il mare a c.a. 300mt è molto comodo se non si vuole prendere l’auto ed è idoneo anche per bimbi piccoli come i nostri. Valido il barbecue nel retro, utilizzato più volte per grigliate. Adattissimo per famiglie anche con bimbi piccoli.

La casa é ben situata, vicino alla piscina comune con altre case (un po’ freschina) e a due spiagge. A 10 minuti a piedi c è un piccolo supermercato e un bar, molto pratico. Molto comodo per arrivare in 25 minuti a piedi al Città di Baja Sardinia. La casa è molto pratica, la cucina ben attrezzata e la grandezza ideale. Abbiamo passato delle belle vacanze! Grazie!

Wonderful house with a memorable view

What a wonderful house to stay in and a view that we will remember for a long time. We loved sitting both on the balcony and also using the outside space. From booking the house to leaving the owners were very attentive and helpful. We had a problem with the Wi-fi but my requests for help were responded to immediately and Mrs Milly who looks after the house locally also came to check everything was ok with it. The pool is a good size and there was always plenty of space and a sunbed to sit on - we were often there by ourselves. The beach we could walk to was delightful and quiet with lovely clear, calm water to swim in. We had never been the the area but loved Baia Sardinia and Porto Cervo was also worth a visit just to see it. We took a boat trip out using the local tourist office to see la Maddalena archipelago but although it was beautiful it was like being herded from one place to another - a smaller boat would have been better. The house itself had all the equipment we needed and we made good use of the bbq and air conditioning. We would have appreciated being left a tea towel as we had to go out and buy one and the only other negative would be the road noise although even then my son loved to see the fabulous cars zipping around. A wonderful stay and we hope to go back again and would not hesitate to come back here.

Wonderful Family Stay in Sardinia

We have just returned from a week staying in this beautiful property. There were four adults, a toddler and a 7 month old baby. The villa was so well equipped and everything was well set up for our baby. The pool was practically empty each time we used it and the beach just a stroll from the villa was so lovely. The location was ideal also with a petrol station, supermarket and restaurants near by. We had a packed week seeing different areas of the Costa Smeralda including Arzachena, Porto Cervo and Castelsardo. Armando and Guiliana and Milly were so helpful. They really wanted to ensure we had the best holiday. And a very nice touch with a bottle of Prosecco being left in the fridge as we arrived on my birthday. I highly recommend staying here, you would not be disappointed. Thank you for a perfect stay, it was just what we wanted.
