The ground floor further includes 1 double bedroom without a window, as well as a shower room complete with bidet and WC. On the upper floor, the layout continues with 1 double bedroom that also benefits from direct access to a terrace, and 1 additional double bedroom fitted with a double sofabed, which opens onto the garden. A second shower room with bidet and WC serves the upper floor.
