Villetta L'Amore del Marinaio is a comfortable and cosy property located in a residential complex, nestled in the granite heights of Porto Cervo and characterised by a breathtaking view over the harbour. The charm of the emerald architecture that resides in the irregular shapes, bright colours, expressive contrasts between the red of the cotto and the shades of the wood, and the prevalence of marine-inspired elements, creates an unparalleled synergy with the surrounding nature. The uniqueness of this marriage of nature and architecture can be admired from the spacious terrace equipped with a table for al fresco dining and, on the left, in a charming, private niche, there is a comfortable lounge area. Furthermore. the villa is located in a residential complex equipped with a padel court and a shared swimming pool.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Villetta L'Amore del Marinaio is a comfortable house designed to host up to 3 people and entirely furnished in the typcal Sardinian style. A To welcome the guest a spacious and bright open space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with sofa and tv. From here, a big window door allows one to access the terrace. On the left there's a large and comfortable master bedroom also enriched with precious sardinian swabs ranging from the careful embroidery of the bed to the fine inlaid of the precious wooden forniture. This room also overlooks the terrrace, guaranteeing a panoramic view.

Please note:
- it is possible to add 1 bed for the 3rd guest at a cost of € 30/day;
- the swimming pool is open from 15/05 to 1/10 at the following times: from 10 to 13 and from 15 to 20.
- padel costs €40 for an hour and a half in the low season and €60 for an hour and a half in high season. The price of the rackets amounts to €5 each.

- In case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25,00 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable

Extra services on request, to be booked no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival:

- linen (bed linen and bath towels): 20 euro per person one off;
- beach towels: euro 8,00 each one-off;
- baby cot: euro 50,00 one-off;
- high chair: euro 50,00 one-off;
- Pets: euro 100,00 each one off;

The interior of the villa may be slightly different depending on the booking and the period. Photos will however be sent before arrival.
