Villetta Ligea is a fabulous villetta located within a residential complex in the heart of Porto Cervo, in a place renowned for its beauty and luxury. Furthermore, the residential complex has a communal pool and a padel court. To admire the beauty of the landscape and spend pleasant moments in company, the house is equipped with a spacious and bright terrace. From here, one can enjoy the infinite shades of the sunset or spend some pleasant moments in company immersed in the scents of the Mediterranean maquis while admiring one of the most beautiful seas in the area.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Villetta Ligea is an exquisite four room apartment tastefully furnished and consisting of a light wood, fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable table and a living area with a sofa. The sleeping area is characterised by three large bedrooms finely furnished with light wood furniture that blends perfectly with the iridescent color of the walls which reverberates the strong external brightness which penetrates thanks to the large panoramic window.

Please note:
- It is possible to add 1 bed for the 7th guest at a cost of € 30/day
- The swimming pool is open from 15/05 to 1/10 at the following times: from 10 to 13 and from 15 to 20.
- Padel costs €40 for an hour and a half in the low season and €60 for an hour and a half in high season. The price of the rackets amounts to €5 each.

NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer costs.
