”Excelente estancia.

”Excellent service from hotel staff.”

”Ravintolat suljetaan liian aikaisin. SPA-osastolle kaipaisi tarjoilua ja järjestelyt jotenkin sekavat. Yleiset tilat siistit ja nykyaikaiset mutta huone olisi kaivannut päivitystä.”

”Exceptional service! We lost a phone in a taxi at 2am and the staff assisted in contacting the driver and recovering the phone quickly. They went above and beyond. They also do laundry for free, and we had breakfast included. The location is great for accessing tourist sites, and there are many food options nearby. Would highly recommend!”

”Very cute spot, tucked away in a quieter alley just off the main road, but still super convenient and close to Wangfujing shopping street. Really nice atmosphere with outdoor seating and lots of cats around. The rooms and facilities are clean, the staff are friendly, and breakfast has lots of options. Only downside is that the rooms aren't quite as new as they look in the photos, and they're pretty small with barely any room for larger luggage. Overall, a really nice place to stay!”

”Location perfect close to everything staff very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect for me as a solo person it was like my own apartment. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

”Food and drinks at the bar were very good. Stayed 4 nights but recommend no more than 2 other guest were extremely rude. Receptionist double charged me even after I told her I payed in advance but I did not have an active eSIM at the time so wasn’t able to show proof and she stated that on her end it showed that I had not payed and took 2 days to get the refund back once I had internet service. Rooms were not cleaned I only noticed because I dropped something and looked under the bed and it was...

”We had a nice stay. Our room was very clean and quiet. English speaking staff. We liked the breakfast and there were a lot of choices for western taste as well. Location was great next to the pedestrian street and we could easily walk to the Forbidden City. There was a 7-eleven across the street. Fyi, you can't use the wifi for any western apps or web sites.”

”Hyvä hotelli, hyvällä sijainnilla.”

”I thought that the place was magical and every detail was there in the rooms in the restaurant. I just love the way it looked smelled. It wasn’t overpower perfume which is one of the worst things these hotels keep doing. I don’t know why and I just the bed was extremely comfortable my only detail as I told the management was the service in the bar twice they forgot our drink and it took like 30 minutes and that part was a shame, and it wasn’t really full or busy to justify it other than that, I...

”Avulias henkilökunta.”

”The hotel is decent, and the staff are very nice and friendly. However, I wish they were more proactive in providing important information. When I asked about visiting Tiananmen Square, they gave me directions but did not mention that I needed to reserve in advance or carry my passport. I ended up walking for an hour only to be turned away because I didn’t have my passport. I had to return to the hotel, make a reservation, and go back the next day. For a short tourist stay, this was a...
