A cozy 60-square-meter apartment in a beautiful farmhouse located in the picturesque Crete Senesi. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and is the ideal choice for a relaxing stay.

The accommodations are located in Asciano, an excellent base for exploring the stunning rural landscape that characterizes the southern part of Chianti.

The accommodation features two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a large garden.

The 60-square-meter unit is located on the first floor.



The interior layout is as follows:

- KITCHENETTE with gas stove, dining table and chairs, coffee maker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, various kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, and toilet;

- GARDEN equipped with table and chairs, lounge chairs, and a barbecue;

The road leading to the apartment is unpaved; please drive carefully.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be used and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Siena Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, a surcharge of EUR 20.00 will apply, payable in cash upon arrival.
