The apartment offers a private garden of about 40 sqm with furniture, a parasol, shade, and a barbecue, plus a patio connected to the living room. The ground floor features a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one with direct access to a furnished terrace, and a second bathroom with a bathtub.
