”We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my partner and our dog. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. As I am recovering from knee surgery, she kindly offered us a downstairs room with easier access, which made a huge difference to my comfort.

”Was good to upgrade the room for a beach side-on very. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included and was very filling. We ate in the restuarant the first night and had great food. Would recommend the steak! Staff were very friendly. Also used the outdoor and indoor pools. They were nicely appointed and the outdoor pool was larger enough to feel that you were getting some excercise done, not just messing about in the water. ”Everything was good and the lovely view over golf course both from our room and the restaurant is always beautiful! Staff all friendly and obliging not a critism just a suggestion it would be good to give the choice of cappuccino, latte and hot chocolate at breakfast even if an extra charge for this was necessary! To top the stay it had snowed overnight and we were greeted with a delightful scene upon opening our room curtains! 2nd time of staying at Dale Hill and will definitely be returning...
