Hotellit uima-altaalla - Ashburnham, Battle

”Huone oli pieni eikä mitään jäähdytystä. Pyynnöstä saimme tuulettimen. Aamiaisella palvelu oli ontuvaa. Välillä kysyttiin heti haluammeko teetä vai kahvia ja mitä mahdollisesti haluamme "hot menusta". Välillä saimme odotella pitkään ennen tuota kysymystä pöytään ohjaamisen jälkeen. Henkilökuntaa oli paljon, mutta aikaa oli seisoskella ja katsella, mutta 3 päivää viidestä palvelu oli todella hidasta.”

”Beautiful property in the countryside. Staff all very welcoming and friendly. Spa facilities were clean and had a very relaxing atmosphere. We also used the restaurant and the food was amazing. ”

”From the moment we arrived all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was of a good size, lovely views and very clean. We had an evening meal in the dining room, which was of excellent quality. The ambience in the restaurant was lovely. We were not disappointed, in fact Hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. The grounds, including the country club, it’s worth walking around. The Ashdown Forest is a very beautiful setting , lots of walks.”

”Wasn’t sure when we arrived as outside of caravan could have done with a jet wash. Inside though was lovely we couldn’t fault it at all. Some reviews have mentioned the garden not being secure but we had no problems at all. The park itself is very very hilly but beautifully kept. The club house was very clean and all the staff we met were very friendly. One small niggle - we didn’t realise it had limited Wi-Fi and would have been happy to pay a charge for extra Wi-Fi. Overall a lovely time was...

”Well, this is England and many things differs from Nordic style so we were very satisfied and understand and accept differencies. Corridors and public areas are very stylish but also little bit old fashioned..full carpets etc. and f.ex. why to have hot and cold water valves separated?.. Nice hotel anyway, nice location!”
