I was very pleased with the hotel, a lot better than the Travel lodge I stayed in the previous day. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very nice and quiet rooms with everything you would need on hand.

Barnham Broom Hotel, Golf & Spa
Well appointed suite but let down by the single glazed windows and ghe consequent downdraft which made the seating area too cold. Well maintained and good service in the restaurant - but menu choices limited.

Great value for money. Noisy on a night until about midnight. Check in time changed from 2pm to 4pm and we were not informed until got a reminder email from hotel just before date of going showing updated time. No apology. Thetford Hive
Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay.
