”A handful of problems with the visit:
-- TV antenna was broken and TV didn't work
-- shower water faucet fell off during use
-- one bed lamp had no bulb
-- cups at coffee bar had no lids; manager reported they were out
-- a sticky spill was on the floor next to the refrigerator
-- there was no sign at the hotel nor any guidance on getting to the lobby behind another property
Generally, a dissatisfying time.”

”Stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised to see that our room had been serviced while out for a day at the theme park. Since covid this is rare. Breakfast was good. Would recommend this hotel.”
