”Booked the room when our flight in Dayton was cancelled and we had to go to Columbus by Uber to leave early the next morning. When we got to the hotel they said they had overbooked the hotel but had made arrangements with another hotel down the street. After starting our day in Dayton at 10am and now being told at 11pm that there was no room it couldn’t have been worse….until we found out they moved us to a hotel with a 6.8 rating and said they had made the reservation and paid for the room. ”The hotel was under construction and it needed it. They waited way toooooo long to update the facility. We had a lot of problems with the older style door system losing the assignment. When we kept going down to reset the cards it was no surprise to them. The over all facility just needed help.”
