Ashwellthorpe ja Fundenhall Hotellit

”Hintatasoon nähden ok, taksivaraus lentoasemalta hotellille ei pitänyt, suppea aamiainen, huoneenavaimet ei toimineet”

”Accommodation within student campus, run well and always happy to stay here. Basic and dated but if you just looking for a no frills bed for the night then its perfect”

”My favourite East Anglian hotel - recently refurbished, just as friendly and welcoming. As usual there were all sorts here, it's a proper 'local' - good food, good beer, good cheer! Lots of interesting opinions - all topical issues covered and easily overheard. The bar has two tellies now, and I enjoyed watching the end of an ODI (Sri Lanka won), and then some Happy Valley with mein hosts. I thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here (as long as you can do stairs), it's reasonably priced, the...

”Lovely friendly staff, always remembering that I stayed before. We get the room we have requested. We order a vegetarian roast which is outstanding, food delicious and hot. Plenty of parking. Depending where the room is you can hear the traffic going past in the evening & mornings but overall alovely stay. That's why we keep going back and also you have a choice of breakfast part of the deal.”

”This was the perfect place to stay for a special event at nearby Wymondham College. I was warmly (well, it was during the heatwave!) and cheerfully greeted by Tracey. My room was clean, well-prepared and provided me with all the facilities I required. It was extremely competitively priced. My thanks to the staff concerned for their part in a really memorable weekend.”

”Top hotel we have been to 5 start service on a daily basis. The spa was great and all the staff were helpful for all our needs. Would highly recommend and will be returning very soon”

”It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not...

”The bathroom was in a poor start of repair. The side bath panel was water damaged and obviously been treated and then left Showing further damage and falling apart. The bathroom mirror required changing with various black marks across it. The thermostatic controls were really stiff and couldn’t be fully used for both hot and cold. The markings for hot and cold faded and difficult to establish which way to turn. The bath had various stains around the plug hole and bath and certainly...

”My new favourite place to stay when we come to Norfolk. A lovely hotel, amazing staff and really friendly locals. It was so lovely to see how busy the pub was with both food and drinks. The food was incredible, breakfasts were amazing. We popped downstairs later one evening and just had a dessert and they were more than happy to just serve that. All the staff were great, so friendly and went over and above when I mentioned something I needed for the room. The room was great, loved the...

”A reasonable hotel with a good restaurant. Very good food available in the dining room, staff helpful and pleasant. A lack of heating and hot water marred our stay (in November) but otherwise good”

”Bathroom was not clean and the sink was cracked. It was difficult to get used to paying for meals before eating them! Staff were unable to raise a statement /receipt for payment! Parking was OK.”

”Staff was very helpful, clean room, and great location”

”I stayed here last year at Townhouse Hotel. I was greeted very warmly. The room was warm, clean bedding and towels and hot water, which is all I ask when I stay somewhere. Unfortunately there was no WiFi password anywhere, I never saw anyone to ask but I could have rung the telephone number but I was out both the days. Happy to return when I visit next year.”

”Very good”

”We had a great stay, with everything we needed. Exceeded expectations and will certainly book again if in the area. Very convenient with on site parking and an easy walk into the city centre.”
