”Kleines verstecktes, persönlich geführtes Hotel im Altbau mit wenigen Zimmern um die Ecke von Avenue Louise mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung (Bus, Tram). Check-in läuft mit Codenummern; Kommunikation war sehr zuverlässig und äußerst freundlich. Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Ich hatte ein Zimmer unterm Dach, das sehr aufgeheizt war. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung als echte Alternative zu großen Hotelketten. ”

”They cancelled my booking, i only found out after i traversed Brussels to the property. To cancel, they messaged on WhatsApp from a french number (we are in Belgium) . They told me an unknown company name and said booking cancelled - they didn’t explain who they are so I didn’t know what it was about and assumed it was a scam. they would not reply to me when i asked for explanation. I had to chase them for a refund through the app in the end. It feels like a scam ”

”We had a great 3 night stay at Boutique B&B Graaf. Rooms are unique and location is great, as you can easily walk to the city center in short time. Hosts are very friendly and having possibility to use sauna in the inner yard is great addition. We will definitely stay again if we get back to Ghent! Place doesn't have many reviews here at hotels.com, but it is legit and very cool place to stay, so we highly recommend! ”
