”We checked in late 7P as there was an unexpected blizzard in Denver.
We went to the room, all was fine until we attempted to utilize the microwave. All the power blew out in our room. We called the number listed 4 times, to NO AVAIL!
We had NO POWER, NO LIGHTS, NO HEAT, NO TV, NO INTERNET, NO MICROWAVE!
MOST IMPORTANTLY NO RESPONSE FROM THE Stone Mountain Lodge during a freezing cold blizzard night!
I will be disputing this on my credit card, and do not recommend staying here, as there...

”The pictures of the facility are a lot nicer than my room actually was. It was ok, but expectations were too high and thus disappointing in reality. Room was very small, dark once the curtains were closed (ground floor so had to be kept closed), and continental breakfast was disappointing. If weather cooperates and you only need to be in the room to sleep, for the price it’s ok. Just don’t expect too much. A 3 out of 5 is appropriate. ”

”Everyone on staff was so friendly, personable, and helpful. They knew my daughter and O were there to coach at a regional gymnastics meet, and mentioned it each day, and I found that teally sweet. Also, the breakfast was INCREDIBLE. So many healthy options!

”Very lovely room and amazing location--literally our only complaints are that the AC was not strong enough to cool down the entire room to our preferred temperature and the bed hurt our backs after two nights.
Otherwise, however, the place has lovely amenities and was very clean! Overall, may stay here again though, as I said, the bed certainly may effect our decision...”
