The hotel itself was quite nice and clean, and we likely would have given 4 or 5 stars except for the fact that the room described in our booking was not what we were given. We booked a two bedroom suite that was advertised as two bedrooms with private bathrooms, king beds, separate dining/living area with table and couch. What we received was a one bedroom suite where the couch had been removed and a queen bed put in its place. And the second 'ensuite' was more like a powder room with a small stand up shower that couldn't be used without flooding the whole bathroom. When we brought these discrepancies to the hotel we were told essentially you get what you get. And there was no effort to fix the unusable shower. Overall the hotel itself was fine, buffet breakfast was good and outside of the room issue the staff was very friendly but be aware that the photos online are intentionally deceiving and are advertised as much larger than reality.

Breakfast had plentiful options and meal preparation points for omelets and soups. Lots of fresh fruits and pastries. Staff was super friendly and helpful, access to beach and bit more quiet area next to the Marble Mountains was a definate plus. Recommend it highly for people not looking to get the traffic sounds bothering them.

The hotel crew is really helpful with everything. My parents have problems to walk but the crew helped them with all the steps where there was not possible to come by elevator (for example to the roof top swimmingpool area). Thank you very much to the whole hotel crew, we will always be thankful for their help.
