This comfortable and spacious apartment, measuring approximately 90 square meters and recently renovated, is ideal for 6 people. The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building without an elevator and consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. We are in the heart of Asti’s historic center, just a short walk from Corso Vittorio Alfieri, where the main monuments are located and where the historic parades of the Palio di Asti, as well as all the major tourist, cultural, and food-and-wine events, take place.

The Space

The interior is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, a relaxation area, and a TV;

- KITCHENETTE with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, moka pot, kitchen utensils, and a dining table;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and wardrobe;

- BEDROOM II with a bunk bed;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wi-Fi, independent heating with a boiler, washing machine, dryer, iron, clothesline, and hair dryer.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Asti Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7.
