”We had a wonderful stay at Garment District Suites! This boutique hotel was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and located in a very central area of Athens, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient.
The suite itself was impressively spacious, with plenty of room to relax and settle in. The bathroom was large and modern, with a lovely shower and thoughtful touches throughout. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a stylish, intricate design—you can tell a lot of...
”Best hotel for a quiet street at the edge of the city center. Breakfast was better than excellent and the service was very polite. The rooms have quite recently been stylishly renovated and remodeled. The hygiene and cleanliness was top class.”
”Quirky and stylish property conveniently located for the Kolonaki / Exarhia / Syntagma / shopping district areas. Beautiful top floor room in a listed building. There are stairs to climb so be prepared - luggage not an issue as the staff takes care of it.

”We stayed at The Social Athens for our family trip. Our rooms were ready early when we arrived. Our rooms were very clean, modern and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with many options available. It was a short walk to Plaka and the other sites from our hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. ”
”This is the perfect location! Nice rooms, quiet environment, near literally everything you could want (14 min walk to Acropolis). Check-in is easy and straightforward. We loved our stay!”

My only suggestion is that since there is no housekeeping, provide extra towel. We did not have waahclothes or dish towels. Beach towels would be a plus. ”
”We had only a short stay at the Gem Society during our layover in Athens, but already based on that can recommend this place. The room was clean, spacious, quiet and had an AC. The hotel is located near the Monastiraki metro station and thus easy to reach from the airport. The acropolis is within walking distance. The highlight, the secret gem (pun intended) of this hotel, however, was their incredibly tasty moussaka. Do not miss it!”
”The rooms were spacious. The staff friendly and communicated promptly via WhatsApp. They arranged my taxi from the airport (I paid for it but arriving after 1 am didn't want to deal with public transportation).
It is within 10 minutes to the metro station (only used it to go to the port and airport).”

”After two weeks of cramped hotel rooms in Europe with my two teenage kids, staying at Silk and Cotton in Plaka was a total game-changer. The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms – super spacious and comfortable.
The location was perfect: walking distance to all the big sights and surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and cafés. We hit a heat wave while we were there, and the AC worked like a charm – huge plus!
The owner was super friendly and gave us great local tips. Highly recommend...
”Siisti, mukava ja toimiva huoneisto Ateenalaisittain rauhallisella kadulla. Hieman kuului liikenteen meteli huoneisiin, mutta ilmastoinnin hurinaa sitä sai tasoitettua. Kaikki toimi niin kuin piti ja välineitä riitti (hiustenkuivaajasta, astioihin ja varatyynyihin).
Mini market on lähellä ja jo samalta kadulta löytyy ruokapaikkoja ja kahviloita. Moniin nähtävyyksiinkin on kävelymatka, joten sijainti on hyvä.
