Dear Dana,As we have explained to you in previous reviews you have made online, I would like to inform you that we understand the seriousness of the situation and want to apologize for any disturbance or inconvenience this may have caused you. Rest assured, we are taking precautionary measures to prevent any recurrence of this issue in the future.I would also like to inform you that this is the only incident at the hotel. Unfortunately they can be transferred to the hotel from the customers' luggage.
