The ceiling is covered with the original decorations from the 20's and adds a lot of feeling to the house.

On Saturdays there is a farmers market in the neighborhood, so you could buy fruits, vegetables, honey and fish, all grown in small local farms.

The neighborhood is well-connected, with a nearby bus line offering easy access to all central areas of the city. The apartment is just a 13-minute walk from the "Panepistimio" metro station (Line 3), making it easy to get around. Most major attractions and central neighborhoods are also within walking distance - perfect for exploring the heart of Athens on foot.

- Please do not throw any paper or sanitary items in the toilet, please use the bin provided. All Greek drainage is not suited to waste and it would clog the drainage, if such clog happens, the guest will be charged the cost of repair.

- Smoking is allowed only at the balconies.

- The tap water is drinkable.

- No loud music between the hours 14:00-17:00 and after 23:00 out of respect to the
neighbourhood.
