In accordance to the comment about the heat in the room, we would like to let you know that the hotel has a central heating/cooling system, with its regulation always subjected to the current weather and temperature conditions. In order to be able to comply with each guest and their needs, we always provide the option of delivering a fan to the room. Concerning the cleaning of the bathroom, we would have greatly appreciated you letting us know while still at the property in order to take all necessary action. We always take our guests' comments seriously and have already forwarded this review to the respective Department Manager for further action. With regards to the area, you may appreciate that the Hotel’s location is not something that can be controlled at by the Hotel itself. Though our neighborhood is as safe as any other in Athens, the city is a large metropolitan area home to many different types of people.
