”The manager was very helpful when Expedia refused to amend my stay (and told me it was the hotel's fault) and was able to help meet my travel needs without a lot of fuss. It is conveniently close to Stanford's various medical facilities. The room was clean. The free breakfast and parking are super convenient. I will definitely be keeping them in mind when I inevitably need to return for future medical care. ”

”The hotel has a great location within walking distance to downtown Menlo Park. While the room was spacious and comfortable, there was a lot of street noise-- ask for a room away from the street. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the swimming pool during my stay. OK breakfast, which was included in the price of the stay. ”

”Rented 2 rooms for family of 5 persons. Looks like the rooms have differences in their facilities. Other room in the first floor had hot tub but the other room didn't. One of the rooms had one broken light and the toilet air ventilation didn't work so all the humid air stayed longer in the apartment. Breakfast was great compared to the expectations. The first morning (7/22) the receptionist lady was very helpful and willing to service, the next two mornings (7/23 and 7/24) another lady was there...
