”Everything was top of the line here. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We want to give a special shout out to the afternoon and evening staff working on Saturday, June 29, 2025! They went way above and beyond to make our visit a wonderful experience! My granddaughter especially loved having “her own” TV and all of the great food and drink options. We are looking forward to coming back once the rooftop pool renovation is completed!”
”Perfect. Was so glad I stayed here instead of the property around the corner where I was for a conference and which as 3x more expensive. I love the antique Otis elevator but did have a hard time using it. It took me some time to realize that there are two elevators.

”Rented 2 rooms for family of 5 persons. Looks like the rooms have differences in their facilities. Other room in the first floor had hot tub but the other room didn't. One of the rooms had one broken light and the toilet air ventilation didn't work so all the humid air stayed longer in the apartment. Breakfast was great compared to the expectations. The first morning (7/22) the receptionist lady was very helpful and willing to service, the next two mornings (7/23 and 7/24) another lady was there...
”Had a great impromptu stay here on a Friday night when I decided I didn’t feel like getting stuck in traffic. I didn’t have overnight gear so couldn’t fully enjoy the pool and such but I had a really great stay. Comfortable, large room, good rate, excellent service, food was good. Just the experience I was looking for.”

"The hotel has a great location within walking distance to downtown Menlo Park. While the room was spacious and comfortable, there was a lot of street noise-- ask for a room away from the street. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the swimming pool during my stay. OK breakfast, which was included in the price of the stay. "
