The space is modern and fully updated. One bedroom plus full kitchen, living room and bath. King bed.

Commercial and social media filming is not permitted unless approved by hosts in advance of arrival.

Host lives on property but both guest house and pool are physically separated from main house and are private. Guest house is above garage.

Must be 21 or older to book.

Home sleeps four maximum. Two guests are included in the room rate. Each additional guest is $35 per guest per night.

Have fun with the pool and hot tub! They’re available 24/7 for registered guests staying overnight. Please observe outdoor quiet hours after 10pm to respect the neighbors.

Two visitors beyond those staying overnight at the guest house is complementary. Ask the host before booking about the cost for adding additional visitors for the pool. Pool visiting hours are between 12 pm and 10 pm and a visit should be for no more than 6 hours unless otherwise agreed to. 15 is preferred maximum additional visitors.

For larger gatherings including more visiting guests, ask the host for agreement and additional cost.

No refunds due to adverse weather conditions.

Hot tub is open year round. Heated hot tub is complimentary

Pool can be heated for $50/day for your visit April 15 - October 15. $100/day October 16 - April 14.

Saltwater pool is open year round; best conditions are April - October. Leaves may be in water November - March as the pool is not covered.

Pool maintenance occurs most mornings before noon and grounds care occurs weekly

Firewood is available for a modest fee

Security camera monitors the pool area. Another monitors the front gate and driveway approaching the guest house. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the guest house.
