Our home is perfect for large groups looking for lots of space. The home includes 6 beds and can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. The home features a great living room area with lots of style, technology, and comfort for your stay in Atlanta. We are located on a quiet, tree-filled street 10-15 minutes from downtown and 15-20 minutes from the airport. We have a total of 4 TVs in the home.

Guest will have access to the entire home including the laundry room, driveway, and large front and back yard.

We live down the street and can be contacted through the app or our cell phones. Our property Manager Michael Harvey is available if you need anything at all before or during your stay.

Our Neighborhood is located on a quiet street with lots of tall trees and big front and back yards. There are lots of families who live on our street and our neighbors beside us and in front of us are super friendly. Our home is located minutes away from major grocery stores, great restaurants, and lots of the other standard retail stores that come with living in a big city. I-285 is less than a mile away so that makes it easy to get everywhere else you might want to visit while you are in Atlanta.

There is a large driveway that fits 2-3 cars and also plenty of free street parking. Downtown Atlanta is only a 15-20 min drive and Uber and Lyft are also great alternatives to driving as well.

******Accurate guest count is required by VRBO and our insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or visiting. For example, if you plan on 6 people staying overnight and 2 people visiting during the day, the guest count is 8 people. ***Please note a $300 pre-authorization hold (not a charge) will be placed on the credit card used to book your reservation 24 hours before check-in. This hold will be released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges. Once the pre-authorization is successfully processed, we will send check-in instructions to the phone number associated with your VRBO account.

1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund.

2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do, and we can determine if it’s possible to host your event. Good communication is key.

3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also strictly prohibited.

4. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by hosts. Unapproved late checkouts subject to $350 fee.

5. Please remove makeup before getting in the beds.

6. Quiet Hours start at 9 PM.

7. Please take off shoes when in the house.

8. $100 fee if confetti or glitter is used at the home.

9. If available, early check-ins must be preapproved and may require an additional fee

10. Please do not use our address for shipments. If you need something shipped to our address, please ask permission first.

12. Guest must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host after booking so we can confirm your identity.

13. $350 Biohazard clean up fee if our cleaning team has to clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.

14. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.
