The home offers 6 comfortable bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, giving everyone in your group space to relax and recharge.



Upper Floor

• Primary suite — king bed, desk, private bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower

• Kids bedroom — two twin beds and a crib (next to primary bedroom)

• King bedroom with desk and TV

• Bunk room — two bunk beds + daybed with trundle (great for cousin sleepovers)



Main Floor

• Queen bedroom with desk and TV

• Second queen bedroom with desk and TV



There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the basement playroom.



Fresh towels and toiletries are provided in all bathrooms.

Our home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, and we work hard to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors.



For safety and security, the property includes:



• Three outdoor security cameras located at the front door, garage, and back entrance. These monitor the exterior of the home only.

• A security system with door and window sensors.

• Noise monitors that measure sound levels (they do not record conversations or audio).



These systems help us ensure the home remains a safe and comfortable place for families.



The home also has smoke detectors on every floor, which are very sensitive and help keep everyone safe during your stay.



All security equipment is pet-safe, and motion sensors are not triggered by pets.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests complete privacy so your family can fully relax and enjoy the home.



At the same time, we are always nearby and happy to help if you need anything — whether it’s a quick question about the house or recommendations for restaurants, parks, or family activities in Atlanta.



You can reach us easily by message or phone during your stay. We do our best to respond quickly, though messages sent overnight may be answered in the morning between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm.
